By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from PrimePath at the mobile number you provide. Messages relate solely to servicing your account and may include document status updates, e-signature requests, appointment reminders, and payment reminders.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle mobile data.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We stand behind our work. If we do not complete the document preparation services you engaged us for, or if you are not approved for the program for which you were quoted, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the fees you paid to PrimePath for those services.
Cancellation. You may cancel your engagement within seven (7) days of signing your Client Fee Agreement. If you cancel before we have begun preparing your documents, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. If you cancel after we have begun work on your file, you may remain responsible for fees corresponding to the portion of work already performed, as set out in your Client Fee Agreement; any amount attributable to work not yet performed will not be charged, or will be refunded.

Your privacy is very important to us. Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal information and protect your privacy when you contact PrimePath. You may have the opportunity to share content or information, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, or other information that you provide to us. By sharing information or content, you expressly agree to all of the following:

You and PrimePath agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located within Orange County, California. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute, regulation, or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the site or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
